Premium Resources International Metals Group

Premium Resources International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Premium Resources Ltd., has established the specialized ‘Premium Metals Group’ to strategically address the evolving critical metals market. This group brings together experts in finance, international relations, business development, industrial metals, pricing and trading, supply chain logistics, and nickel and copper production and beneficiation. Its primary mission is to advance Premium Resources' business strategy and financial investments related to the reopening of Botswana’s mining operations.

The Premium Metals Group will work to position Premium Resources as a key player in the nickel and copper industries, particularly as demand shifts with the growth of electrification and energy transition sectors. With rising interest in intermediate concentrates, sulphides, and sulphates for battery applications, traditional smelter-refined products are being redefined to meet these new market needs. Premium Resources aims to introduce highly competitive products globally by leveraging modern technology, sustainable practices, environmental stewardship, and innovative economic models.
