VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 26, 2015) - North American Nickel Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NAN)(OTCBB:WSCRF)(CUSIP:65704T 108) (the "Company") is pleased to report on the results of the Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on June 25, 2015.

The shareholders ratified and approved the number of directors at eight (8) and Mark Fedikow, Doug Ford, Jim Clucas, Edward Ford, Gilbert Clark, Keith Morrison, John Sabine and John Roozendaal were re-elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year. Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP were re-appointed as auditors; and shareholders approved both the Company's Stock Option Plan and the Share Award Plan as detailed in the Management Information Circular dated as of May 21, 2015.
